All the rates are quoted in US$, and the payment will be made in Sri Lankan Rupees at the conversion rate on that day.

Transport arrangements
If airport pick up is needed, we could arrange though our Concessionaire Travel Counter at a cost of US$ 25 Nett for an a/c car up to 3 passengers or US$ 35 Nett for an a/c wagon up to 6 persons. For your identification, the hotel representative will hold your name board at the arrival terminal.

Payment procedures
Should you select any hotel for your forthcoming visit to Sri Lanka, Please Fax on 00 94 11 2541072 a photocopy of your credit card (both sides) with clear credit card details (Holder’s name, card number and date of expiry) authorizing payment, against your credit card, for one night’s stay at Galle Face Hotel. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation has to be notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so would reluctantly compel us to charge one night’s accommodation.
